How do I place an order at Wings?
You place your order via the form on the store's website. You select a product, add it to your cart, and finalize payment. After placing your order, the system sends a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your package hasn't been shipped yet. Please email us at office@wingsbrand.com to request a cancellation or call 797 240 276.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery time is usually 24-48 hours (time specified in the product card) plus delivery time by the shipping company, depending on the form of delivery and the carrier
Can I collect my order in person?
No, the store does not accept personal collections.
Do you send parcels abroad?
Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs will be visible when selecting your shipping method and are determined individually.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number - you will be able to track it on the carrier's website
What courier companies send parcels?
We ship large and medium-sized suitcases and sets via GLS courier. Smaller items can be ordered for delivery to an InPost or Orlen Paczka point.
Suitcases
What is a TSA lock?
A TSA-enabled combination lock allows customs officers to quickly open and close luggage without damaging it, thanks to the use of a special key. Only customs officers have this key, so it is not included with the suitcases. A TSA lock is required for travel to the USA, Canada, Japan, or Australia.
How to unlock a combination lock?
1. Open the lock using the factory combination 0-0-0
2. Pull the bolt trigger (sliding button)
3. Use the knobs to set your own code
4. Release the lock trigger (sliding button), your code has been saved.
Do the suitcases have ball-bearing wheels?
Yes, all models have ball-bearing wheels for easy maneuverability.
Can the wheels be replaced?
Yes, most models allow you to purchase and replace wheels.
Are the suitcases waterproof?
Hard models are moisture-resistant and easy to clean. Many customers also confirm that they perform well in the rain.
What suitcase sizes do you offer?
Cabin, medium and large suitcases are available - ideal for short trips and longer holidays.
What materials are Wings suitcases made of?
Wings suitcases are available in ABS, polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP) and polyester.
What does "hard case" mean?
This is a suitcase with an outer shell of plastic such as ABS, PC or PP that protects the luggage inside.
Which material is the most durable?
Polycarbonate / PC usually has the highest resistance to impact and deformation.
Is polypropylene a good material?
Yes, it is flexible, impact resistant and relatively light.
What is the difference between ABS and PC?
PC is more flexible and resistant to cracking under pressure than ABS, which is cheaper but may be more susceptible to cracking.
Are PP suitcases better than PC?
Polypropylene is sometimes lighter and more shock-absorbing, but PC often has better resistance to high impacts.
Which material withstands UV rays better?
PC has better UV resistance and does not yellow as easily as ABS.
How to care for your suitcase?
Clean it with a damp cloth, do not overload it and store it in a dry place.

Wings offers traditional city backpacks, school backpacks, mountaineering backpacks, cycling backpacks, cabin backpacks, and travel backpacks, as well as models with a 2-in-1 bag function. The range includes solutions suitable for both everyday use and travel.
What is a travel backpack best for?
This backpack is perfect for shorter trips, trekking, sightseeing, or as an extra piece of luggage for your suitcase. Its ergonomic design distributes weight evenly across your back.
Do Wings backpacks have a laptop compartment?
Many travel backpack models have dedicated laptop and tablet pockets, which increases their functionality.
Where are the backpack's retractable handles?
The retractable handles are located in a special pocket at the back of the backpack.
Can the backpack straps be hidden?
In some models of functional backpacks, the straps are detachable or hidden in a special pocket, which makes it easier to transform the backpack into a bag.
Can the backpack be attached to a suitcase?
Yes, some backpacks have a back strap for attaching to a suitcase frame.
What materials are used for backpacks?

Can the bag be used as hand luggage on the plane?

Are Wings travel bags suitable as hand luggage on a plane?

Are travel bags waterproof?

Do the bags have a dedicated shoe pocket?

Can the bag be attached to a suitcase?
Yes, most models have a special strap that allows them to be placed stably on the suitcase frame, which makes transporting them much easier while traveling.
Travel accessories
How can I order wheels for my suitcase?
Add wheels to your cart and in the "Order notes" field enter the model and size of the suitcase you need the wheels for.
Also indicate the wheel location. Place the suitcase facing you (the side with the WINGS logo). The right front wheel is on your right, while the right rear wheel is on the side with the telescopic handle.
What should I do if I don't know the suitcase model?
Send a photo of your suitcase to office@wingsbrand.pl – we will help you determine its model.
Can I buy wheels for a suitcase from another company?
No. We only sell wheels for WINGS suitcases – they are designed to fit specific models.
What material are the wheels made of?
The wheels are made of rubber, which ensures a quiet and smooth ride.
How to replace a wheel in a suitcase?
Open the inside lining of the suitcase and unscrew the 3-4 screws securing the wheel. Then remove the old wheel and install the new one.
Which suitcases do the covers fit?
The covers fit hard-shell suitcases, depending on the size selected. The exception is the BUNTING model, which does not fit due to its wide handle.
Why are there no suitcase covers for size S available?
The size S suitcase is designed to be taken on board as carry-on luggage. It doesn't end up in the hold and stays with you at all times, so it's much less susceptible to damage.
