The controller of personal data entrusted on the website is Wings sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Żółtki-Kolonia 38A (16-070 Choroszcz), NIP: 542-326-10-87, REGON 365451702, hereinafter referred to as "Wings sp. z o. o.", contact regarding data processing at the following e-mail address: office@wingsbrand.ocm.
  2. To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access. We monitor their implementation and constantly verify their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Services Provision Act, as well as all types of implementing acts and Community legislation.

Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR) and in cases where the provisions of law authorize the Controller to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of the law or for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded between the parties (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR), as well as the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

  4. The Administrator undertakes to make every effort to ensure proper protection of the Customer's personal data.

  5. The Administrator, via the Website and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration process on the Website: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth.

CONSENT TO COLLECTION OF OPINIONS

 1. OPINIONS IN THE ONLINE STORE
1.1. Online Store Customers have the option to voluntarily and freely submit a review regarding purchases made in the Online Store. The subject of a review may also be a rating, photo, or review of a product purchased in the Online Store.
1.2. After making a purchase in the Online Store, the Seller provides the data necessary to create an email invitation to the company handling the survey process. The sending of surveys and the process of collecting opinions in forms is fully handled by TrustMate SA, with its registered office at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław. TrustMate SA sends the Customer an email requesting a review and a link to the online form enabling it to be submitted. The online form allows the Customer to answer the Seller's questions about the purchase, rate it, add their own description of the review, and add a photo of the purchased product. If a review is not submitted after receiving the initial invitation to submit a review, TrustMate may resend the invitation.
1.3. An opinion may only be issued by a Customer who has made a purchase in the Seller's Online Store.
1.4. Opinions submitted by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io business card.
1.5. The Customer may not use the opinion provided for illegal activities, in particular for activities constituting an act of unfair competition towards the Seller, or activities infringing personal rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of the Seller or third parties.
1.6. A review may only be submitted for products actually purchased in the Seller's Online Store. It is prohibited to enter into fictitious/sham sales contracts for the purpose of submitting a review. Neither the Seller nor its employees, regardless of their employment status, may submit a review.
1.7. An opinion may be deleted by its author at any time.
